No hidden line items. Here's what sits outside it.
The retainer is deliberately clear about what sits outside it, so you always know what you're paying for and what you're not.
Studio & in-person recording
Riverside remote recording support is included. Studio days and on-location shoots are booked and billed separately.
Guest booking and management
Your team owns the guest pipeline, outreach, booking and scheduling unless that work is scoped separately.
Reporting at lower frequencies
Reporting is included with the weekly package. Monthly and fortnightly packages can add reporting as a separately priced scope.
Show development
The retainer produces an agreed show. Designing it — premise, format, host, guest engine and launch plan — is the 14-step framework, a separate engagement.

Additional episodes and expanded deliverables are quoted separately.
One-off onboarding — A$2,000 +GST
Applies when you bring a show that's ready to produce. Waived when you develop the show with us first.
Starting from scratch? Develop the show first.
These packages produce a show you've already defined. If you don't have that show yet — the premise, the format, the host, the guest engine, the distribution plan — that's the part that decides whether any of the production is worth doing.
We build it with our 14-step Show Development Framework. And when you develop the show with us, the A$2,000 +GST onboarding fee is waived.
Three clear cadences. Step up when you're ready.
Monthly is A$1,375 +GST, fortnightly is A$2,750 +GST and weekly is A$5,500 +GST. All three include production, publishing, network distribution and ongoing strategy through Slack. Reporting is included weekly and available as an add-on at the lower frequencies.

All retainer prices are AUD and exclude GST. A$2,000 +GST one-off onboarding applies to a show that is ready to produce, and is waived when W2D1 develops the show first. Weekly means a weekly production cadence, not a fixed monthly episode allowance. Studio work, guest booking or management and bespoke work are quoted on scope.
Add a hands-on executive producer to selected episodes.
Every Production + Day One package includes general show strategy and team access through Slack. This add-on puts a named executive producer, hired and managed by W2D1, into the planning, recording and editorial work for each selected episode.
Show direction and episode planning
Align the show with your goals and audience, then shape each episode's angle, takeaways and interview outline.
Guest and host preparation
Research and brief the guest and host, and coach the host before recording. Guest sourcing, invitations and scheduling are scoped separately.
Recording direction
Direct the session, including follow-up questions, pickups, openings and closings, against the agreed episode plan.
Editorial review
Brief the edit, review the first cut, consolidate client editorial feedback and resolve conflicting notes.
Show development
Identify useful clips, hooks and follow-on ideas, then use available audience feedback and performance data in regular show-development reviews.
Recording requirements and deliverables are agreed in the proposal. On-site EP attendance is not included in the per-episode fee. Guest sourcing, invitations and scheduling, and producing additional assets are quoted separately. Sponsor integration is not included.
In-person recording rates.
Book time in a professional studio and, when needed, have the executive producer at the session. Both are additions to your chosen production package.

The people whose shows we produce.
“When we set out to build Oversubscribed, the goal was ambitious: we didn't just want another interview show. We wanted to build a video-first, long-form show that rivals the production quality of the US…”

“I don’t think I’ve ever been more impressed with anything as I have been with Adam and this work.”

“Adam's insights and suggestions on podcasting best practices have made a significant difference and his extensive knowledge and experience make him the perfect partner to build a podcast with.”
